- Toss the chicken in the garlic butter, spooning it over for flavor.
- Toast your bread until golden.
- In a bowl, mix chopped romaine with Caesar dressing, Parmesan, and black pepper.
Assembly
- Assemble the sandwich: place bread, then chicken, followed by the Caesar romaine mix and extra Parmesan.
- Press gently to hold the sandwich together.
Notes
Store chicken in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Keep romaine separate until ready to serve to avoid sogginess.
