  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped

  • 1/4 cup olive oil Choose high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside. Remember to save a bit of pasta water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes and mozzarella balls with the minced garlic and chopped basil.
Combine
  1. Add the cooked pasta to the bowl, allowing it to soak up the vibrant flavors.
Finishing Touches
  1. Drizzle the dish with olive oil, tossing gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
